BRANDING & PACKAGING

The goal of this re-branding was to show the customer how was are taking steps toward being more environmentally friendly and sustainable. As the line grew, the company received more and more feedback from customers on things they'd like to see changed/adapted, as well as growing with the sustainable competition that surrounded them.
With our shoes growing and using up-to 90% eco-friendly materials, we needed to adjust or banding to show the same. We redesigned the logo to be more modern, as well as provided an updated logo mark that could be used across the shoes and marketing. We also updated the way that we shipped our shoes by cutting down on the typical tissue paper inside shoe boxes, removing the box in a box shipping method by making the box usable for both needs, and finally by providing a compostable bag to secure the box in.

THE OLD
THE OLD

THE NEW

The old branding/packaging doesn't tell or explain to the customer how the brand is being eco friendly or creating less of a carbon foot print. It's just leaving it up to the customer to fill in the blanks.
Anyone that is unfamiliar with the brand is not getting any insight on the company they are supporting monetarily.
The new branding/packaging takes the customer through our steps to becoming more environmentally friendly/conscious. It even gives customers a hashtag to join in on the eco-friendly movement through social media.
The new box also takes away the traditional box within a box shipping method that was used, so it cuts down on more waste as well.

For shipping and warehouse purposes, the box is shipped to the customer in compostable poly bag mailers.
This will cut back on waste in landfills as the bags can be used in compost bins and it will naturally degrade over time.
