During my time in Saadia Group, I have been fortunate enough to be apart of several projects. From designing digital catalogs that were to be distributed to our sales teams and shared with potential wholesale clients, to sketching an help design some of the footwear lines we manage. Below are just a few of the tasks I've been able to complete with the company.
Torgeis S/S '22
One of the many brands that we design for is Torgēis New York. Torgēis’ main goal is to represent and empower modern women with bold and unapologetic styles, worthy of their ambitions and aspirations. With this being the Spring season catalog, I wanted to bring in all the bright fun colors we associate with Spring while tying in images that meshed well with the brand and styles we were producing for this season. All while maintaining an easy to shop look that could appeal to our regular customers as well as our shoe buyers.
Vintage Foundry S/S '22
Vintage Foundry Co. pays homage to traditional craftsmanship, combining tradition and modernity, we have created a bespoke style that merges modern style with vintage feel. This season was a small collection, but we wanted to call to light the materials and details of this brand. Vintage Foundry Co. is one of our brands that uses real leather material and we wanted to showcase exactly what the customer is receiving with each style.
Vintage Foundry A/W 22
Focusing on the edgy feel that this Autumn/Winter collection showcased, we focused on the different categories of styles the customers were receiving this season. We called out the typical leather and hardware use as we normally do, in addition to other visual elements that were offered, whether that be cutouts, studs/buckles, earth tone colors or having a woven upper. We used a mixture of close up shots of the shoes, muted tones similar to to styles produced, and slightly blurred imagery to draw the eye and cause interest without detracting from the main focus, the shoes.
